A discreet archive of intimate truths.
A private interview series documenting the stories and relationship dynamics shaping ethical non-monogamy — told by the people living them, and published only once they have read them back.
A call, a conversation, and your approval.
Every WSPR conversation looks past what happened to understand how people arrived there, what they negotiated, and what they learned on the way.
Connect
A brief phone call to understand your story, talk through privacy, and work out whether WSPR is the right home for it. No commitment either way.
Converse
We meet in person at a place you agree to, for a private, guided conversation about your experience and your perspective.
Create
The conversation is shaped into a written piece. You read how you are represented before anything enters the archive.
Nothing goes out until you have read it.
Your name
Use your name, your initials, an alias, or none of them. That choice is yours and it is made before we start, not after.
Your permission
No recording, photograph, direct quotation or identifying detail is used without you agreeing to it specifically.
Your approval
You read the finished piece first. If you want a line gone, it goes. If you change your mind entirely, it does not run.
What people ask before they say yes.
Who does WSPR interview?
Mostly established couples navigating ethical non-monogamy, shared exploration and alternative relationship dynamics. A smaller number of single women and community voices are invited where their experience adds a perspective the archive is missing.
Do we have to use our real names?
No. Your name, your initials, an alias, or complete anonymity — you decide before the conversation starts, and you can change that decision at any point up to publication.
Is the interview recorded?
Only if you agree to it. If you would rather it was not, it is not, and the piece is written from notes instead.
Will everything I say be published?
No. A conversation runs much longer than the piece that comes out of it, and plenty is said that never goes anywhere. You see what was kept before anyone else does.
Can we skip questions?
Any of them, at any point, without explaining why. Nothing about the conversation is a form to be completed.
What happens after the interview?
The conversation is shaped into a written piece and sent to you to read. It enters the archive only after you say it can.
Can a story be taken down later?
Yes. If the person in a piece asks for it to come down, it comes down — that is not a favour, it is how this works.
How do we get started?
A short, private introduction, so you can ask everything above in your own words before deciding anything.
